Unique training setup with CNC control and PLC automata for electrical maintenance training

Based on the request of our important customer, we, in cooperation with experts from Siemens Brno, have developed a completely unique training set, designed for training and practice of electrical maintenance on machines with CNC control and PLC automata.

This setup is designed as a modular system that allows easy movement and simple assembly into a fully functional unit. Thanks to various combinations of hardware and software connections, it is possible to simulate practically any real situation that may occur during the operation of CNC machine tools.

The training setup consists of two separate modules:

• The control module combines two control systems - Sinumerik ONE and Sinumerik 840 D sl, which allows training maintenance on current and older types of systems.

• The motor module is equipped with two linear and two rotary axes, thanks to which it is possible to faithfully simulate various movements and operating situations common to CNC machine tools.

Thanks to its flexibility and high level of realism, this set becomes a unique tool for professional training of electrical maintenance workers and control system programmers.
