Within electric parts reconstruction we provide:

Press control automation
The basic solution of press control automation is to fully secure automated operation of the machine taking into account a possibility of quick changes in setting the press itself.
The new press control would guarantee functions as follows:
- speed control of the main motor
- measuring and evaluation of the press force
- protection and securing of the tool
- electronic evaluation of the position of crankshaft
- automatic conversion of press ram position
- automatic conversion of press cushion position

In connection to obtaining the certificate for adjustment of eccentric presses of LEN, LENR, and LE series in the Engineering Test Institute Brno we offer:
- LEN, LENR, and LE presses adjustment and their complying with the government regulation no 378/2001 Col.
In terms of extent of works provided we offer:
- dismantling of present wiring
- supply of new electric equipment
- press control by programmable automatic machine
- completion of safety module of two-handed start up 0.5 s and a emergency trip module
- new desk of two-handed start up
- replacement of existing cam switch with a new one
- replacement of the main control pneumatic valve with a new safety valve
- a new manual in compliance with current requirements containing chapters on work safety and residual risks
- in required a new foot control is installed in compliance with valid standards
- initial electric revision.
