In March 2025, we handed over the SUA 125 lathe after repair.
The machine was completely flooded during the autumn floods.
Complete cleaning of mechanical and electrical parts of the machine from deposits of mud was carried out. A complete overhaul of individual parts of the machine was carried out. As part of the repair, the geometric accuracy of the machine was also restored according to the measurement protocol. Diagnostics, cleaning and repair of individual control system cards, which were also flooded, were carried out. Restoring the full functionality of the control system saved considerable funds for the eventual purchase of a new one.
After the repair, the machine is now fully functional and is deployed in full production.
