In December 2021, we put the SKIQ 16 CNC carousel into operation after a general overhaul.
The machine underwent a complete overhaul of the mechanical part (regrinding of the guide surfaces, new rolling nests, new ball screws, replacement of all bearings, etc.), the electrical part (new complete electrical installation including the CNC control system Sinumerik 840 D sl.) and the hydraulic part (new hydraulic aggregate and complete distribution systems).
The machine was supplemented with a new chip conveyor and safety, pneumatic, double-winged protective covers.
